Defective Receiver Return Policy/Procedure

Recently we have received customer inquiries regarding problems certain customers are having with their Pansat® receivers. After inspecting returned receivers, we have found the receivers experienced damage to their flash memory chip. In most cases, this damage was caused by a customer downloading and installing unauthorized third party software. Pansat® wishes to remind its customers that installation or alteration of the pre-installed software sold with each Pansat® receiver is a violation of the customer's warranty and may void the warranty and/or may subject the customer to repair costs. Because of the significant number of damage claims, Pansat® has established the following policy with regard to receivers damaged due to post-sale software installation : Pansat® will give each customer an estimate for the repair of damaged receivers, general cost beginning at a minimum of $40.00 per unit, and includes Pansat's® shipping and handling costs. Depending on the severity of the damaged receiver, Pansat® will advise each customer of any additional charges (should there be any) prior to conducting repair work.

Return Procedure

Should you require repair service for your Pansat® receiver, please carefully package and deliver items to our service department at the address below. Please include a note with your name, full street address (otherwise we will be unable to ship the product back to you), telephone number, email address and a brief description of the problem. Note: all repair orders should be shipped via prepaid postage (we do not accept c.o.d.s) to:

Money orders are the only form of payment accepted. Please make money orders payable to "Panarex.." Repairs will not begin until payment has been received.
The estimated repair time for a Pansat® receiver is 1-4 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage. We hope to address this situation with you, our valued customers, in a timely and dedicated manner.
