Return Policy


Defective Receiver Return Policy and Procedure

Before returning any defective receiver, please carefully read the following information:

1. Installing unauthorized 3rd party software may be illegal and will certainly void your warranty. Pansat Service (c/o Sylmar TV) will     refuse service for any receiver with installed unauthorized 3rd party software or hardware modification and return it to the customer.

2. We have received many receivers for repair and no problems were found in them. Therefore please check if the unit's front LED     display shows something or not after resetting the main power. If it displays something, the unit may have no problems or you can     fix it yourself by visiting our website www.pansatusa.com in the "TECH SUPPORT" section to find out how to fix the problem. If there     is no display at all, it means that the unit is completely dead and has to be sent to us for repair.

3. We charge a minimum of $60.00 per unit for all the expired warranty units. If you send a $60.00 check (Money Order or Cashier's     Check) payable to Pansat Service (c/o Sylmar TV) with the defective unit, the turnaround time will be shorter. If the unit is repairable     under warranty, Pansat Service (c/o Sylmar TV) will send the check back with the repaired unit. No repairs will be made until     payment is made on units with expired warranty.

4. Please carefully package your unit and send it to our service department with freight prepaid at the following address below. Also     include a note with your name, full street address (Needed for UPS tracking), telephone number with a brief description of the     problem.
